Join me Friday, January 9th at 7:00 p.m. at Natural Grocers in Logan UT for a Green Smoothie Girl class.
This class will focus on how to kick off your new year on a healthy path with detoxing and weight management with green smoothies.
For those of you who are in the Salt Lake City area, I will be teaching the same class at Sage's Cafe at 5:30 p.m. Monday, January 12th.
If you bring a friend, you will both be entered in a drawing for a prize!
And as always, green smoothie classes are free.
